The BMW X4 is a compact luxury crossover SUV manufactured by BMW since 2014. The X4 is widely considered as a "coupé" version of the X3, trading its practicality with a sloping rear roof which offers a sportier styling. BMW has indicated 2025 will be the X4's final model year.

- Air-Touch-Monitor. A proximity sensor and an air "pillow" system are supposed to prevent ugly finger prints on the dusplay.
- More sport: X3 M40i will receive the 360 PS I6 from the X4.
- X3M/X4M will get a version of the 431 PS M4 engine but optimized for torque and not hp.

True. A good looking X3 is overdue. For some strange reason it's always been behind the other beemers in design. I don't approve of the X1 headlights though. they will make the car age early and badly.
Everything else looks good though and I'm glad the car will retain large windows.

I read from some BMW expert(s) here that the inverted kidneys might be designated for the coupe versions like the X2,X4,X6,X8.
