Not really a new trend though- BMW has been fitting different size screens since the E60 debuted over a decade ago.
That's true. Just seems to be ever more present nowadays, with all manufacturers.

I hope the analogue speedometer and rpm meter over the digital one is just camouflage otherwise this would be a big blunderNew spyshots with the final front and rear lights + intérior:

Neither fish nor fowl, symptomatic for how BMW has evolved over the last 10 to 15 years. No, that's how it will come as standard, just like it does on the G11 7 Series. The FULL digital cockpit is not standard on the 7 Series (except for certain markets where they choose to make it standard).
BMW has expressed skepticism at the ZF 9-speed automatic transmission, so the 8-speed rower we’re familiar with will most likely soldier on in the G01 X3.

If we are being realistic, ample enough to drive onto a beach or a kerb outside a cafe.Ground clearance looks useless. Unless, this is some M-something model.
Hi All, I have a pretty simple question that I can't find confirmation of anywhere else. The current model X3 soldiers on, from the 4/16 to 4/17 production dates (at least I'm guessing that's the start and end of production). Does that mean the new G01 will be available from 4/17 on...? Or will the current model production be extended by a few more months? Because I've heard that the new G01 model won't be available until 8/17 so I was a bit confused.
