7 Series (F01) BMW 7er F01/F02 Picture Thread

The BMW F01 is the fifth-generation 7 Series, produced from 2008 to 2015. The model range consisted of standard length and long wheelbase ("Li" models) sedans. Model codes: F01 (short-wheelbase), F02 (long-wheelbase), F03 (high-security), and F04 (ActiveHybrid). Production: 2008–2015.
:icondrool Stunning indeed, I would buy it though with white exterior and brown-black/beige interior, I don't know if they look good together but who cares, as long as I would like it... I think these interiors are from 7er but now 100% sure, I just googled them..

Decide to take a little photoshop but forget to close the hood properly: INSTANT FAIL.

The back's M-Pack treatment is ghastly there. I'm sure it has looked better in darker colours.

That M Pack is horrible in that colour combination. Also, close the bonnet properly next time.

The chrome strips should be colour coded. I've seen that on one car and it's a great problem solver.

The hood is not properly closed on the right side. Before the bashing of "misalignment" starts :D

Love the colour, but would look much better without the M-Sportpack. But those bright colours are damn elegant on the 7!

Hi Guys it has been a while since I have posted anything here. My first post was on a test drive with a 750Li in late 2008 just after the introduction of the F02. Back then I posted some pictures (on page 8 of this thread), pictures are gone now only the movies of two little drifts are still on there.

My dad than decided not to buy one since in late 2008 since economic forecasts were shit and it would have looked inappropriate. So instead he focussed on his businesses for 2009, buying a few other businesses in the mean while. In the last quarter of 2009 we picked up the search for a new car. We test drove the Panamera and S65 AMG, booth not to our taste. So it had to be a BMW, we requested a test drive with the 760Li and 550i Gt, and because they didn't have either in Holland the send us to Munich. We test drove the 550i Gt and then changed to the 760li, and after driving the V12 my dad hasn't mentioned the Gt anymore :D

In Munich we test drove this press car from BMW Garching: (almost identical to one I'm quoting the picture from)

After test driving we went to the individual showroom at BMW welt. funny enough some one posted the pictures I took there allready on the previous page of this thread.

This week week is a very exciting one, because Monday morning the car we ordered arrived at the dealership and on Saturday it is delivery day!:eusa_danc

These are the only pictures I have for now, the car is Rubyblack with campagne, piano incerts and special request black nappa piping.

Absolutely gorgeous car - it's stunning! Love the piping…wish you many happy miles with this amazing vehicle.

That image to me shows that evolution of the E65 to the F01 nicely. Much prefer BMW's with shadowline trim as well. Great looking car.
