It must be in Berlin. The car in front of the G30 has Berlin license plate and the company car left of the G30 is from a company in Berlin.
So there are two indications for Berlin.

Yes ... It's Berlin. Leipziger Strasse, just east out of Potsdamer Platz; @ the German Ministry of Finance building. So, @ Leipziger Starsse / Wilhelmstrasse intersection, to be more specific.
