I have already had a few chances to visit BMW Welt in Munich. A few days ago I made a few pictures (about 200
), also of the 1 Series Coupe with Performance parts. The car is a porn on wheels I must admit. But the price shown on the display is also shocking, about 60000 Euros for 123d Coupe.

Yes, it is. But BMW performance parts are offered for both 1 Series and 3 Series cars.

After seeing the Coupe (& Convertible) in real life I think they should make the front more agressive. Currently it's too "cute" for my taste. I've said this many times before but the oversized front lights together with the round front end make it remind me of a little puppy.

Cute or not, the car is hot and one of bmw best designs lately in my book. Top on that it drives well too.
Some says the car need eyelids, in my eyes its just make the car worse and looking like some aftermarket.

I think the lights work very well with the 3dr/5dr models.
Just not that well with the Coupe/Cabrio. 
Eyelids don't help really much as there is still the curved extension on the lower part and the position of the lenses/graphics on the innermost part of the headlights which underlines the "big round eyes" impression.
It's not that big of a deal but I just wish the 1er Coupe was more agressive.

Man, those are indeed crappy eyelids, never seen such ugly ones.
The ones i saw are far better shaped and flow with headlights shape. I'll try to find a pic.
These above look home made by some 12yo kid - very bad and ugly and ruin the car.

In my opinion more successful version of the rear part of 1 Series Coupe/Cabrio would be the rear of the CS1 Concept:

OK, but now it's time for a few photos. For some time I see this babe almost every day in my neighbourhood. Looks really hot
Maybe, because of the fact, that a U.S. version is so exotic and rare to see in Europe.
I really like the clean front bumper and the orange position lights in front.
And this babe is registered in Arizona (best wishes for an owner).
I wish I could afford a 135i

I suppose that the car belongs to someone who decided to collect it in Munich as a European Delivery or maybe to a soldier (there a few U. S. military camps in proximity of Stuttgart).
Though these alternatives seem not much possible because the car has already the U. S. plates (otherwise it would have German duty plates or plates for U.S. Army in Germany).
