Pictures Your favourite interiors

I've always loved the 5GT's interior

Too many Bmw interiors looks quite the same, they lack imagination so badly. But, I am not saying that their interiors are ugly.

Those are some of my favorites as well because they do use the usual luxury ingredients (leather, wood, metal) but it's done somewhat uniquely where it gives a furniture-like quality. In the 5GT, they simply create a shelf-like appearancw which gives it depth and something for the eyes to pay attention and take notice. Also the way the wood transitions from the front to rear door is almost playful.

That generation's RR interior imparts a hunting club vibe. Again, the wood plays a crucial part where they look like strength-bearing columns. it gives it a certain heft. In my opinion, the rotary selector makes no sense in any of the RR's or LR's.

My favorite interiors, without pics (much to my chagrin)

1) W222 S-Class
2) W221 S-Class
3) Rolls-Royce Ghost/ BMW F01 (Layout is perfect, and the nav screens are second to none)
4) BMW E65/E66 (?)-- Current boyfriend has a 2008, and I love driving his car-- this still is my favorite Bimmer!
5) 2013 Range Rover
6) Bentley Mulsanne
7) BMW F10 and F12-13 (I absolutely love the shift-by-wire transmissions and the HUGE nav screen)
8) W220 S-Class (post-facelift)
9) Rolls-Royce Drophead
10) Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph/ Corniche

That W222 circle jerk (had to Google  ) comment was funny as hell! Us Benz die-hards are just happy we finally have a car to be undoubtedly proud of again.

It's no worse than some of the boys here beating off over the 7-er (claiming it will dethrone the S) without even seeing some decent spy photos etc.

It works both ways.

Thank You! It amazes me that we can't even say something nice about the W222 without being questioned or insulted.

I swear that outgoing model Range Rover interior looks better than the bland/sleeker new one.

You'r being questioned because there's maybe 10 shots of the interior and no person has seen one in real life, let alone sat in it.

It's simply too early for that car yet and that's all there is to it. In a couple of months I'm sure it will be nr 1 for many.

Who cares? If I like what I see, then that's the end of the discussion. Remember this is completely opinion based. I'm sure there are plenty of members who posted interiors of cars they have never sat in, but they are not questioned.

It's silly little foolish things like this that start pointless arguments and take threads off topic. Until you create a universe, you have no authority over my or others personal opinions on an interior.

Now can we get back on topic instead of debating...

Man, I think its obviously that at most of the cars the opinion is based only on the photos. C'mon, seriously now, how many of us sat in a Veyron, or in a Zonda,or in a Ferrari, even in the S class and A8 ! Probably, I will never have the opportunity to stay in a Ferrari,SLS AMG and other exclusive cars. Should I shut up about those interiors, should I speak only about the Dacia Logan interior ?

I don't like the sport interiors, I hate Pagani,Ferrari and Lamborghini interiors. My favourite sports interiors are the ones in the new Porsche 911 and SLS AMG.

I can`t disagree with you about all the "eye-candy" display in the modern sports car, but how could a sports car fan not like the interior of the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. (Opinions respected though) I personally love it. To me this is one of the best interiors fitted to a modern exotic sports car.
