Quite the opposite for me. I love the car from day 1! Especially the Z4M coupe.

As for the interior, that BMW Power said is un-traditional for a BMW, just look at the Z8's interior. Sure it's not what we are used to, but other roadsters futured similar interior design in the past!

The instrument cluster should always be placed at the center of the dash, so that all can share the fun!

I can imagine how much "fun" has been had by men driving the Yaris with its massively optimistic speedo with the wife/mother(-in-law) yapping on how they're speeding all the time.

That is the beauty of it, the synergies, they get a free infotainment system (with some sort of speed trance on it) with an installation that leaves no marks, other than the odd suspicious smelling stain in the rear seat...
