M8 [Video reviews] BMW 8er/M8 Coupe, Cabriolet and GranCoupe (G14/G15/G16)

The BMW M8 is the high-performance version of the BMW 8 Series (G15) marketed under the BMW M sub-brand. Introduced in June 2019, the M8 was initially produced in the 2-door convertible (F91 model code) and 2-door coupe (F92 model code) body styles. A 4-door sedan (F93 model code, marketed as 'Gran Coupe') body style was added to the lineup in October 2019. The M8 is powered by the BMW S63 twin-turbocharged V8 engine shared with the BMW M5 (F90). Official website: BMW M

Shmee showing off the spec of the individual BMW M8 that BMW are probably lending him for 3-6 months.

Archie Hamilton the car vlogger will also take delivery of his M8 soon. BMW are clearly doing a big marketing push for this car.

We all what the result of this drag race will be even before the race starts but i was surprised about the m8 gran coupe performance since the difference between the two cars was not as big as i was expecting

The M850i really sounds way better than the M8. It's not even a competition. That crossbank manifold really hampers the sound of the 4.4L M cars

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
