I still don't think the new G will offer the same level of comfort and spaciousness. Now I'm seriously considering replacing my RR with a G.

Parts bin special - yes. But far more cohesive than the outgoing G.
I hope dual 12.3 displays will be an option, because I've yet to see it in any of the spyshots.

It's not meant to. But LR must be feeling pretty flattered at the interior door design. It's a damn near perfect imitation of the Rover.I still don't think the new G will offer the same level of comfort and spaciousness.
It's one hell of a Frankenstein interior.
What a great combination this new G class is going to be. Old world exterior MB styling from the era of the master designer Mr. Bruno Sacco with the modern era classy interior from recent Mercedes Benzes.

Ah yes, I really didn't think about the ducting. The Wrangler's much smaller display screen definitely gave them some design freedom MB didn't have.
