It's going to be a gorgeous car.

The AMG version is going to be the one to have. It will likely be the best looking Mercedes this side of the S Coupe and Cabriolet.

The E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet have a low of work to do in order to justify their existence and obvious premium over the C Coupe and Cabriolet.

for me that is a bit far fetched, because the coupe already topples this IMO, normally i'm not a fan of compact/medium sized cabriolets, but this is shaping up very nicely indeed, however like I said I would always prefer the Coupe, because I am a Coupe guy.

Doesn't look like much room in the back for rear passengers, looks more 2+2 than four seater in these shots.

That had been one of my concerns, which really makes no sense considering there is no hard top. It ought to lead its class in rear seat space. But you almost wonder if MB purposely robbed rear leg room because of how this car will cannibalize the current E cab.

Also, that windscreen is a mess. Those things are a waste and only take up space. You either want the top down experience or you don't. No need for all these ugly screens.

World Premiere in Geneva: The Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet A205

Mercedes-Benz at the Geneva Motor Show 2016
Mercedes-Benz shows at the Geneva Motor Show 2016 (3 to 13 March 2016) as a world premiere the C-Class Cabriolet of the 205 series. The model will be launched at the dealerships on 25 June 2016, to coincide with the updated CLA Coupe (C117) and CLA Shooting Brake (X117).

Fabric top in 4 different colors
The C-Class Cabriolet features familiar systems, such as AirCap and AirScarf and wheels up to 19 inches. The fabric top can be operated up to 60 km/h, and will be available in 4 colors.

C 43 Sport model and 4Matic variants
The engines are mostly from the C-Class range - but also a Mercedes-AMG C 63 (S) variant is planned, while on the diesel side it's a C 220 d - with 4Matic, and a C 250 d. For the gasoline side, MB Passion expects a C 180, C 200, C 200 4Matic, C 250 and C 300 and C 400 4Matic. A C 43 Sport model may also be in the pipeline.

The pictures here are already showing roughly a possible optical view of the vehicle. Official images of the vehicle should reach us before the fair in Geneva.
