The A7 and A6 dont have that problem, and thats why they look a 1000000 times better:

Sketches are so silly for an existing car. Time to cut the bs and just show the car.

Those proportions are what kill the A8 from being #1 in my book. It has the stance of a large GM FWD car. Yuck.

I'm sure I wouldn't care from the behind the wheel of an S8 though.

The new A8 interior will only play second fiddle to the new S. BMW will play in this league with the next 7 er in a couple of years The current 7er backseat is like a 5er compared to the S and A8.

Oh my God. That is one of the most amateurish things I have ever seen. Two points:

1) It's a bloody minor facelift. Why the need to drag this out like it's a new car?! It's ridiculous!

2) The guy sat in the back, whilst clearly a non-native English speaker (sounds French), he should not be speaking on an official Audi PR video. "I can't tell you nothing at the moment"? Really? A double negative? It's the sort of thing I expect from a child.

A product update. Nothing more. Nothing less. In circa 3 years time, we can expect the D5 A8. It will be the car that has the potential of being genuinely exciting.

Then VW need to refocus their efforts on Audi, which used to be their top luxury brand, but now plays second cousin to the corporate adulation of the likes of Bentley, Porsche, Lamborghini and even Bughatti. It feels to me like the passion and direction for Audi is waning, compared to the likes of BMW and MB. Case in point being the utterly ridiculous restyling fiasco of the aged Q7.

There was an article about some internal trouble looming at Audi, something about the shuffling of management and how it would affect future products. The Q7 may be caught up in that. Anyways it is just time to show the car now...gee whiz..
