I also remember people were complaining about the design and so on and now I say 95 percent love the car and design.

Absolutely, i too remember people complaining on design as it became too young & sporty, but you know rest is history. Its a fact that W126 is the most successful S-Class yet, but considering its long life cycle & 222’s almost 8 years span I firmly would like to believe 222 is the most successful ever.

The strong shoulder line definitely adds strength to the design.

It's getting more and more magnificent with less camo, exterior except tail light am very confident now. Some things also got clarified with these pics

- there is both SWB & LWB
- two type of door handles
- there is roof without sunroof or panoramic roof other than in Guard models

I agree mostly I think the front is going to have great presence depends on the details before we can judge..I know most dont like the rear of the E and I imagine this will be close to that bit for me I really like the new rear I know I am one of the few...exterior wise I think it will be a nice evolution of the current S ..

Spring 2013... good times. I remember being so awestruck by the interior design and exterior in AMG pack.

It’s actually looking very nice in the latest spy shots. Imposing from the front and the rear design looks balanced.
