The car is shaping uo so nicely in the spy pics.

After the magnificent W222, the level is so high.

I hope they have a nice dashboard mounting surround for the instrument screen. I'm worried it will look cheapish just slapped on the dash. The interior rear door panels look interesting, with a long metal like strip on the pull handles and armrest, maybe will look expensive and elegant.

Same. I love the two screen set up in the w222 but in most mercedes it looks cheap because it's not surrounded by anything. In the w222, not only is it surrender by the dashboard but the screens also a little bit recessed. Really wish they would have kept the two-screen set up in the new sclass, not a fan of the new tesla-like vertical screen.

These look like the final prototypes.

The Maybach doesn't get the flushed door handles?

Not sure if he’s mentioning anything new, but def talking something about upcoming Maybach, can any one translate it.

We were doing wheel spins in front of Polar Bears and the Maybach ran down a few penguins. Greta(and her dad) will be soooo mad!:D

They say that the new S class that is coming this year will have again the Maybach version that is even bigger than before with length of 5,5 m and a wheelbase with 30 cm bigger than the S (no mention whether short or long wheelbase S). Inside enough space for comfortable seats with inclination, masage and clima. Active suspension, rear wheel steering, latest MBUX, fit for autonomous drive of level 4. Two engines, a V12 with 6 l, 630 ps and 1000 Nm, only RWD. A smaller engine, V8 with 4 l, 500 ps and AWD. As with the current model the V12 will not be under 200 k Euro.
All in all nothing interesting

Maybe it is an option.
Yes they will keep the normal door handles for those who want it and for 750€ in germany as an option “flushed doors”
I still recommend the normal for those who lived in very cold climate
Very
interested to see the new headlights ,ive heard nice things and mercedes is in talks to the government to remove the 600-650m limit for the AA+ intelligent headlights systems

Concerning the door handles, I suppose that the Maybach is going to use the normal ones, because the rear doors, where the boss seats, are going to be opened very often from people waiting outside and the system can not detect them in order to pop up the flush handles.

A line running all the way through the door handles?

I too have felt it in many spy pics.. but someone stated its just the camouflage sticker and 223 body is without any line unlike 222. If there is any line then it would b different from all renderings we came across so far.

I hav noticed that there is no evident antenna like previous gen S classes in W223

We only need more revealing pics about the rearlights. We know how most of the car looks already.

Sadly, with the release being delayed a few months, we probably won't see more revealing spy pics for a while.

AutoBild published today (21 January) that the W223 is coming in November, but what is stranger is that they claim that a coupe and a cabrio version are coming in 2021, which sounds like a total incompetence.
