There is still much plastic claddings up there ... Especially on the sides. So ... The "hips" are really "swollen" IRL - just like on the 1er. And the character line is almost identical as on 1er. The sides on 2er are very much 1er-looking. The front is similar but much better resolved. No "buggy eyes" & "piggy snout".

The F22 is Rear Wheel Drive , the next 1er / X1 move to FWD albeit with optional xDrive .
Have still not heard anything about the next 2er moving to FWD.

Ok, if I may ask or if already answered please forgive me for not reading properly. From thr F22 going forward, will the 2er Series portfolio do platform sharing with the 3 Series (as is the case with the current F20/F30 platform sharing)?
That is how I understood the blueprint, beyond that of the UKL portfolio. And if I am correct then problem solved

That price difference is not justified. So better say the 6 Series is overpriced for being just a coupé version of the 5 Series.

No question about it, the CLA/A class interior is an utter disgrace for MB. Absolutely horrible, from design to execution/materials.

The only MB interior I like is the SLS. And soon probably the new S class. The rest is far and away from what I like. Tiny screens, lousy quality and unattractive design. Not my thing, no. I rather sit in an Audi...and that's saying quite a bit, hahaha
