My hopes are high for this car. What about a nice 540 I6, not too expressive styled but with still some elegant, limousine like lines, not too fat (here’s looking at you 7er), comfortable drive and hopefully airsuspension, not as many visible and noticable cost cutting as some peers do, an interior that can be speced like a 7er and I’d say: time for change.

Hopefully BMW will be offering the 540i or at least the 540d (since the 740d G70 is recently debuted and why not giving the G60 a decent (updated) B57) for a majority of European countries.

You make me realize something, taking eg. all the fronts of the new M and that the grills are radically different in their shape, especially the exterior, I don't know if anyone appreciates changes between the spy photos of the normal 5 and the M5?

That kind in the outer part of the headlights is definitively a nod to the E60.

I thought exactly the same thing, the shape almost the same, or is it a cut of the camo made on purpose to mislead?

you can find the difference easily
first this the grill is not like this its not lengthwise anymore in the m5
and the bumper totally different in the spy shots

Of course, the bumper is always different and its main personality.

But I mean the outline, radically different between the 4 series vs. M4/ 2 series vs. M2, and here I do not see such a difference, perhaps it is not perceptible yet.....

I don't see shit

Hardly anything, but I think it's just because of more layers of camo, the M5 is more in "aero" mode.
But yes, it may be that there is something, in any case it is very minimal for now.

I do not understand, I do not see that there are precisely, the bonnet seems to be integral until the grill?

I wonder if this is them going to do the bar with the insignia across the top? And the rest of the opening in honeycomb effect?
