I like this new trend of respecting the old "hull" and building a modern from the inside, above or behind an ultra modern, I would say that I love it, it shows respect when it is deserved without stopping evolution

Every BMW series has had an ugly duckling once or twice the 5er being the only exception up until now. There are some 5er generations that aren't exactly my cup of tea but I must admit they all look mighty fine in the right spec (even the E60). The G30 is super dull but still a good looking vehicle.
I lived long enough to see a true "first ever" from BMW.
