The bottom of the headlight has a curve just like the E-Class... what are the odds! Obviously a lot less curved and more flat, but still.

Such a crazy coincidence lol.

I mean, many BMWs have this feature. It's typical BMW, imo

How is it possible to make a render this bad

That's clearly based off a new 7er. Bumper details seem to be pretty close, all the rest not so much.

Not talking about a headlight kink like the E46 or G20, but the "upwards elevated step" like the 2-series Gran Coupe going out towards the fenders, not out towards the grille like usual BMW fashion. Can't think of any other that have had this in the same style.

I really want to see this car, there are only 15 days left for a full reveal luckily for years without major leaks (the ones that I will ask urgently when there are two days left for that day)

Again, I might be wrong but I think it's just an illusion: there is indeed an upward step within the headlight connecting the two light units, however the camoed prototypes suggest that the headlight's exterior outline has a downards step just as you'd typically expect on a BMW

i.e. not an upwards step a la 2 GC

I see what you're saying, but I think it's has a tacked on cover disguising the full shape of the inner headlight. So the prototype emulates the X5-shape (which I actually would prefer tbh) but in reality is more 2GC-shape... 15 days or until another leak to find out I guess!

It can be in so many ways, it's the good thing that we still don't know, also the new headlights come with so many interior and exterior details that look like goldsmithing, so we will surely be surprised by the small details
