I'm not too bothered by the front. The rear lights strongly remind me of the Lexus RC.

Read light are a perfect variant of the G20.

I think the front lights should have been more similar to the G20 too (like the previous 3er/4er relationship) and the grille slightly higher to hide the shutline.

Originally i was planning to replace my current 430i with the M340i, but i'll wait out until the M440i.

Hm - I think I'm going to like it ... weird thing is: It seems, that the front of the M3/4 looks a bit different (if leak from plant is real) ... but not as good as this one! Weird because: Normally I like the front of the M car more than from the vanilla AG model ....

I already know I probably am going to have more problems with those fugly graphics of the rear lights than the entire front. I quite like what I see from the front so far, except the poor hood shutline. But that rear light kink is even worse than what we got on the X6.

Yeah, the haters are gearing up for a field day. No matter if they actually like/don't mind it, this is the perfect chance to hate.

And I don't care. None of the people who hate it were going to buy one, it's just internet trash talk. I'm already sure the car will sell like hot cakes.

The new 4er 2 doors will certainly make their mark in the confined segment of mid-executive-sized German premium-brand coupes/cabriolets. In fact, in a few years time, BMW could conceivably find itself being the sole provider of automobiles of this particular genre. Innuendo that Audi may abandon the A5 lineup in favor of some sort of similar sized eTron offerings consisting of a Sportback +Avant only and missing official confirmation that M-Bs' C205s' will be succeeded by C206s' are cause for suspicions. Time will tell.

Don't be disappointed yet, today they look bad just like that grill with adhesive tape around, but in my opinion the taillights will emerge respecting the general idea that as a whole will reflect this (I hope)
