Yeah the interior is better if you like having to reach out to a screen and go through a menu to turn on the heated steering wheel, instead of pressing a button on the steering wheel. It is also better if you like going through multiple menu's in the screen to change adaptive cruise control follow distance instead of pressing a button on the steering wheel.
Well said. Let’s not get distracted by funky ambient lighting.

The G30 is has a cabin with usability as the top priority. It’s the last interior of any automaker that strikes a perfect balance between screens, design and switch gear. IMO, it has the most throughout HVAC controls of any car.

The G30 is simply one of the best 5-Series ever made IMO. I am proud to have taken it for a test drive.

It’s the Tesla Effect. Modern Cars are beginning to resemble high tech aircraft cockpits today. Screens might make it more Simplified and intuitive. However one Electrical fault could take down all functions, including the speedometer.

This.. I had the bottom HVAC unit blank out on my S6 a few times 8n the winter.. no heat for minutes at a time. Not a good look

Not surprised. I have sony xm3 headphones. They have touch pad controls that don't work reliably when ambient temperatures are at or below 0c.

I’m confused.

I think @Merc1 was replying to @CENTURIAN post, I inserted in my post.
I was actually talking about the G30 as a total package. Merc1 might have been talking about the screens and switchgear balance in the Bentley Flying Spur and Continental being the best balance of both worlds. If this is the case I happen to agree. From a price POV, the G30 5er is hands down the winner in its class with screen and switchgear balance.

For me the F10/F11 is the best. Not the G30/G31!!! Not in all aspects like drive-comfort, but overall it was the best. Had none issues with my F11 and already had several with my G31. Except for the hood-shutline the design and proportions of the F10/11 are unbeatable.

Till this date the f10 looks amazing and in some specs it looks even better than the g30 specially the pre face lift g30 which to me at least looks souless and dull.

Yes, sorry for the confusion, I was replying to Centurion's post about the balance between screens and switchgear.

You’re as delusional as ever. Funny tho that you would say this when “repeating yourself” is what you guys do every time BMW shits the bed with an ugly new car. I mean you can’t even make this up. Got that mirror handy? It’s whatever you need to tell yourself in order to make these ugly cars fit.

M

Man, the only thing ugly here is you. I wouldn't look into that mirror if I were you.

Keep repeating your lines buddy. We all know what's coming. You're an open book (for kids)

Exactly. It has a timeless design, just looks gorgeous. Especially my mom, she freaking adores her 2015 525 xDrive lol. Besides the few reliability issues we had, it was a wonderful car for us. Handles great, acceleration is pretty good too, overall interior space and quality is lovely, and it just looks great. What’s not to love, right?
