The Land Rover Range Rover Velar, generally known as the Range Rover Velar, is a crossover SUV produced by Jaguar Land Rover under their Land Rover marque. The R-Dynamic bumper is a must.

While I think the overall shape is very nice and elegant, I dislike the black painted D pillar. Trying to reproduce the all-around window look of other Range Rovers with just partially painted metal is a lazy (and cheap) design IMHO.

I would definitely tick the box for Black Contrast Panorama roof and large wheels. It just elevates the Velar into another class. The basic wheels and single colour don't seem to do anything for its visual aspects.
Shanghai is not even a month away. It would be interesting to see if anyone has performed work double-time to show a conceptual copy?

Like I said before, the car desperately needs high spec to look right..that's a shame..the body look so bland when in lower spec.

As I said before the Black Contrast roof removes the issue with the C-Pillar.

Ideally for launch I would have went with an Electric or PHEV drivetrain straight to the market.

Even on base spec looks better than every suv and crossover coming from Germany right now. There is no vulgar aggressivity, no laboured and superfluous detailing, no odd shapes.

I'm sold on this. Even the back which looks like the Sport's is better in person.
Now let's see the price tag.
