You. The Road. Nothing else.
@Betty Swollocks
Thanks Betty, in the end the total balance in regard to any post and opinion or abuse then of forum rules in any which way, should be managed by the staff. In all fairness towards members like yourself IMO the moderator(s) and/or Admin should publicly or via PM then explain why actions has/is or then was not/is not being taken. I don't know the democratic nature/rule/law of GCF regarding this, but it seems fair e.g. you (the initiator/compliant) and Kilcrohane (accused) whilst if banned or any action or lack thereof should be communicated.
The verdict or actions taken by the staff (excessive abuse of forum rules/illegal posting/intimidation/racism/threat/sexism/verbal assault/excessive use of foul language and trolling etc.) should in any way IMO be communicated from them to members on a regular basis. that way we can all learn about mitigating or aggravating circumstances that can/will lead to being banned.
I know they are working around the clock, for they are normal people with day jobs still, providing a public service on a public forum. @martinbo has explained many such things, rules, ways and findings in the past. However as I mentioned it couldn't hurt doing it more, makes everyone calm and lessens the frustrations. All being said in good faith towards the staff. Thanks to all you guys for the good job you provide.
