Range Rover [Official] Range Rover Face Lift (L405)

The Land Rover Range Rover, generally shortened to Range Rover, is a 4x4 luxury SUV produced by Land Rover, a marque and sub-brand of Jaguar Land Rover. The Range Rover line has been in production since it was launched in 1970 by British Leyland. Additional models have been launched under the Range Rover name, including the Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Evoque, and Range Rover Velar.
@Mr. Mercedes what issues do you have with your 8er?

I'll probably update the ownership thread with a full report at some stage (but I need to get around to deleting all the photos with the visible number plate first :ROFLMAO:).

One of the more amusing issues, if you can see the humor in it, was the driver's B pillar trim literally coming loose and starting too fall while my dad was driving.

Very nice spec @sako97
Thanks

As an S Coupe owner, did you consider the refreshed GLS?
Thanks

I think the new GLS looks like a bus, so it wasn’t under any consideration.

The SUV starts out life as a Range Rover Autobiography and customers have the option of four different exterior colors; Santorini Black, Aruba Silver, Carpathain Grey, and Rosello Red. While the vast majority of Range Rover Fifty models will be painted in one of these four options, an “extremely limited” number will be offered in Bahama Gold, Davos White and Tuscan Blue.

Elsewhere, the Range Rover Fifty is offered with two distant 22-inch wheel designs and the exterior sports a host of custom badges with a ‘Fifty’ motif. As for the cabin, it too includes distinctive plaques denoting this as no ordinary Range Rover and also comes with illuminated treadplates.

Why would you pay £130-140k for an equivalently equipped new one, arguably less imposing, when you could have this for around a fifth of the money:

- trade price around £25k - at the moment:

LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER DIESEL ESTATE

£25,436*

Nice car.

There'll be some nice motors out there very soon for silly money.

Status = Having the latest and best. No matter how good value it is, older cars doesn’t cut it for some.

This generation would be my pick. The face lifted variant will be a classic as it is a perfect blend of new tech and old school Range Rover boxiness. My colour choice would be green with no tints. Black looks cool but used ones in that colour are synonymous with chavs, drug dealers etc.
