918 [Official] Porsche 918 Spyder

The Porsche 918 Spyder is a high performance sports car manufactured by Porsche from September 2013 to June 2015.
The 918 performance is so utterly mind blowing. Destroys...

Do you have 0-125mph time?

you forgot the SSC Tuatara, while we don't have the 0-100 time we do have the 100-200 of 2.5 seconds

Ya, but that's too good to be truth.
Even if it does 0-100 in 3secs or so, it would be a 5.5s time 0-200. Hard to believe...

Time will tell.

That was a modded 720S too, in the other video the guy said it had a tune and/or a different exhaust.

A stock one does just fine against a 918 on a drag strip. The 918 is AWD so it's always going to have an advantage off the line on the street.

They've ran the half mile, on a horrible surface, with the 720 S spinning quite a bit and there was only one mile per hour in it. Not bad for a car with almost 200 horsepower less and a third the price.

What happens from a roll?

As for one with ECU, downpipes and race gas, that can hold its own against a Millennium Falcon.

I do wonder whether and when Porsche will resume development of its' "Project 960".:

I would think that should the "960" come to fruition, it will be based on a BEV platform (perhaps co-developed with Rimac, of which Porsche AG now holds 15.5%).

When Car and Driver tested the 918 in 2014 they were still using acceleration from 3 mph to simulate 1-foot rollout to get the 0-60 mph time of 2.2 seconds.
But later, after they had switched to real 1-foot rollout they published 0-60 mph in 2.1 seconds (they had measured but not published it before).
Did they publish some other updated times for the 918 since then or its time difference between 0-3 mph and 0-1 ft rollout ?

They published an updated 9.7 seconds (0.1 seconds quicker) quartermile time for the 918, I guess you can subtract 0.1 seconds from any time in the first test.
