Huayra [Official] Pagani Huayra

The Pagani Huayra, a successor to the Pagani Zonda, was initially revealed online in a press release on 25 January 2011. It was officially revealed at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. The car is named after the Quechua god of wind, Huayra-tata. The engine is a 6.0-litre twin-turbo M158 V12 engine from Mercedes-AMG producing 544 kW (740 PS; 730 hp) and 1,000 N⋅m (740 lb⋅ft) of torque. The Huayra's body is made from carbotanium; a lightweight composition of carbon fibre and titanium. The Huayra has been redesigned from the ground up, but shares many visual qualities with its predecessor. The car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 235 mph (378 km/h). Only 100 units of the Huayra were produced, each costing £1,000,000 (1.05 million US$) without options.

Huayra's gaping maw front-end remains its weakest design aspect in my opinion. It's cute how Pagani sought to carry the half-ellipse theme through from the front to the rear but to me it remains an unresolved styling element.

Is that nice girl with hot body....until she smiles and you see the braces :D

105?

So is it considered to be a failure, or what?

How many Zondas were sold?

Lol this isn't a BMW 3er, 110-120 Zonda's were made. including roadsters track version Zonda R and all specials..
The Huayra has only 2 versions the coupe and now the BC which there will be 15 of.

So no, not a failure, more according to plan.

I see. Quite revealing this is not selling like a 3er, as I would have thought.

But apparently the car is simply more exclusive than the hypercar trio. Considering the 918 alone sold more than 8 times as much....
So that's why I thought sales were a little poor. The LaFerrari came out much later and was sold out in no time, with close to 500 sales.

As ugly as ever. Goddamn that blue carbon is absolutely hideous.

But poor taste is also taste. Trump taste.

Yes its more exclusive, all of pagani is smaller than the engine units of porsche and ferrari.

Its just a different league, the only production numbers that are comparable are those of koenigsegg.

Just show me a good looking version of this car. Like, one not ruined by the horrible taste of the owner.

I think the BC did an alright job resolving the front.
