Zonda [Official] Pagani Zonda R Revolución

Pagani's first model, the Zonda, is powered by a mid-mounted DOHC V12 engine manufactured by Mercedes-Benz's AMG division. The car's design was inspired by jet fighters and the famous Sauber-Mercedes Silver Arrow Group C cars, and features several unique design elements, including its circular four pipe exhaust system.
It is not minimalistic when you have key shaped like the car or you can choose to change the color of the interior lighting to pink or green.

Anyway, I would love to see it in person and maybe it will change my opinion, but I very much doubt it. We are not talking tactile quality or ergonomics here, but the fundamental approach - which is very art decor. And that is fine, just not my cup of tea.

ps. Can't see the Zonda above.

^hah so the key and the lighting is your problem.
well hey if those small things irk you, i can not help further.

Wonder how you react to keys like these:

Those were just two very obvious examples of the over the top design elements that just bunks any notion that the Huyara has a minimalist interior. Don't take it the wrong way, it is a very special interior, but just not a minimalist interior.
It is a very ornate interior.

As for the keys, the Ferrari one is butt ugly but it is just a simple key. Bugatti looks like a Passat key, but again very functional. I don't why you any one would use Koeingsegg or Spyker, not exactly two companies for making form follow function (though that Spyker puck is pretty functional when you think about it).

Sweet heaven's of God this car sounds like a Formula 1 engine!

I love the look of those sound systems on Paganis, but that seat speaker would mean I can no longer eat chips and drive. Deal breaker, totally.

I am curious how AMG is manufacturing the M120. Do they have a limited number of the engine block laying around or is it cast to order?

I was speaking to a friend of mine who owns some supercars and he was telling me that many of these one-off cars are old Zondas such as the C12 which are being sent back to Pagani for upgrades. Horachio's condition for rebuilding old Zondas or ordering a new Zonda is that you have to couple it with an order of a new Huayra as well. Seems like a good incentive for AMG -For every M120 they build, they score an extra order of the new bi-turbo motor as well.
