I would be interested to see that black grill surround painted in body colour or even chromed to see what impact it has on the cars frontal styling. At first I was not digging this change but like you said it would be good to check it IRL and then see if I like it.

I doubt if anyone on this forum knows. Besides, if memory serves, USA was always late getting new Mercedes models.
