My thoughts exactly.

Don't worry, it's the British brand bias again in full force. If they could have found any other British car for the i7 they would have done it.
Putting a Silver Cloud there is nothing short of idiotic, and a full grown SUV Range Rover will never ever be a top car in any category except maybe interior space and breakdowns.

Pretty much, making such an article and not putting an S class in makes it an auto failure.

Are you talking about the woman? Cause she is the only thing I see in this video that is beautiful. She is a babe.

The car does look good in this colour spec combo. The i7/7 series looks best in darker colours.
The shape is good, but the graphics are awful.
Its a facelift away from looking quite good.

Holy batman. The 7-Series is the new comfort/luxury king. A dawn of a new era. It would probably be even more cosseting on smaller alloys.

I am sure this was an older post.

I thought it would grow on me by now, but this car remains one of the ugliest cars on the road. The 5-Series is starting to look better on the road.

At once a week now I have seen the new 7 on the road and the front of the car still looks very awkward and ugly. Its a car that is just styled to make an impact but I dont know how owners feel if they look at that ugly front end everyday,

The other day I saw a 7er at the Golf club. The front was partly hidden behind a building and is was already beginning to grow dusk, but I could have sworn it was a X7. The combination of a rather narrow and high front makes it look like a crossover/SUV when you see it up front.

I think its high front gives the car an imposing almost stately appearance. It’s sharp lines and form are like a brutalist rendition of a Rolls-Royce. You just don’t see anything else like it.

Seeing them in real life, there's nothing imposing or stately about the front, as far as I'm concerned, Scott. If it was 5 centimeters wider, maybe then.

Yngulgyn's update-G70 Facelift:

The next generation of the telematics system is called EES25. It will be in use in all Neue Klasse cars, G65 and siblings, G70 LCI.

FINALLY got around to the local BMW dealer over the weekend. It was a very brief stop as I was between meetings in that area....and saw the 7er up close.

In person, it looks better than I had expected. Looks so much better without the M-sport pack. I still prefer the 223-gen S-class over it, but the preference gap between the two has narrowed.

It felt very comfortable inside. In fact, it felt airier and less claustrophobic than the S.

I actually much prefer it over the 5er.
