Also, there is no way BMW will wait a new generation of 7 Series to develop a new B7, one of ALPINA's only global products@bmwblog state "rumours" suggesting the B7 return at LCI time. Would be excellent if it happens, but I think that headline could be a bit misleading.

Interesting. I don't know anything about the electric charging network in India but reckon that diesel is a better choice for long distance travel within the country.The rear wheel drive 740d is now available in an Indian configurator. Not sure if this model will made its way to the majority of European markets.
