7 Series (G70) [Official] New BMW 7-Series / i7 (G70/G71)

I like it a lot. They've balanced a bold statement in the front with a very clean design everywhere else, including the interior. The materials, textures and minimalist approach on the inside are giving very much a modern lounge feel. While the front is bold, everything is again balanced and undeniably BMW from the L-shaped lights on the rear, the modern day e38 proportions to the strong hofmeister kink. This is solid.

The comments on here have been way too kind. The below looks absolutely appalling. Literally like a Chinese rip off of a 7-series.

Maybe some in motion footage will change my view drastically, but for now I'm simply flabbergasted at how badly this has turned out in the images so far.

As an EV I think this is a more attractive package than the EQS. Classic 3-box stying in an EV in the 21-century.

It turned out better than I expected. Damn, I actually like it so far..

I was going to say something and then I thought I've said enough. Let the guys on here enjoy the release, especially if they are truly enamoured with the vehicle. Enough negativity from me.

I do like aspects of the interior. Definitely not the Crystal.

This 7 makes it clear the the market has moved towards cleaner more modern interpretations of interior luxury, and it explains why the W223 is not a baroque as the W222. With the advent of the new 7, it appears the W223 straddles the line between the 7 and W222.

As some mention, I felt the same tingling as when I saw the E65, a smile all the way home and that doesn't lie.

I think it covers a broader spectrum of ages, lower than the average, the sheet metal on the sides is pleasant to the max and manages to be super badass with the M sport trim and even elegant with the standard.

Want Kink? That has got to be the hardest kink put on any BMW.
I will wait to see the most important photos in first quality that are missing, especially those of the profile and some that are not in Martian landscapes

it appears the W223 straddles the line between the 7 and W222.

It appears to me the 7 interior straddles the line between the W223 and the EQS
In general I think the whole car does it, but I need to see better photos

made a quick modification, less wide grill, removed the lower lights, and made the bonnet a standard one.

Wow, I thought I would actually like the design, but this is an utter mess. The X7 looks much better. The only good view is from above. The interior I need more photos of. The materials look great but the amount of different materials and shapes is confusing and overwhelming.
