The Crystal trim looks so good with the Carbon Fibre option in the picture posted by @Jacke - what a new dimension to premium luxury! Can't think of a better 'German' way of showcasing luxury atm. I don't agree to comments like 'plasticly'/'cheap crystal trim' - as long as it feels/looks good IRL I would more than welcome this - gone are the days of wood and leather! This is the next closest thing to the Art Gallery in the new RR Phantom (3D luxury trim)! Again, BMW going above and beyond with their cars and that's what I love about this brand! And it'll even look better at night when the ambient lighting is on! This is too good and beyond imagination. I would love to see a picture of this 7er interior with a gloss wood trim, like Walnut and see how the Crystal trim looks with that... do they even offer that type of wood? Given that this crystal trim is standard I think this is a great effort as all 7ers will come with this flamboyant feature. They could have easily made this an option if they wanted to I would think.

The grilled seats are perforated to move heated or cooled air under your bum and back area from the small fans in the seats.
When the weather is bad you will be thankful for that feature.
