I wonder why Mercedes is being so funny acting and coy about this car? Where is the press release and tech details. It won't interfere with the EQS buzz. It's time for the S63/S7 also.

They really need a regular length Maybach S680 for people who want a regular sized S-Class with a V12 IMO. That would sell better than the old S600.

Should become available to order on May 18 according to MB Passion. They'll drive one in early June.

Mercedes-Maybach S 680 4MATIC in designo rubellite red/kalahari gold with nappa leather in macchiato beige / bronze brown pearl
That’s beautiful! Could you show us in the U.S. a Black exterior/black interior version? Same exact wheels though. I wish we could build one already out here on our site! Our site sucks lolMaybach S-Class configurator open in mercedes-benz.de, but it look incomplete as lot of inner feature pics including colour and wheels are not opening as of now.
Here is my first try with a subtle configuration:
Colour - obsidian black metallic / selenite gray metallic
Wheel - 21" Maybach forged wheels in multi-spoke design
Interior - Exclusive Nappa leather Maybach crystal white / silver gray pearl
Trim - Trim elements designo piano lacquer, black flowing lines
PS: even the download pic is without background

I do not understand the aberration for the glossy black that complements the modernity of the attractive design of that steering wheel and with wood there It doesn't look bad either but in the circumference it does not look good at all, like some steering wheels from the 80 'Finally you can at least get rid of the big black shiny plastic part on the steering wheel. If you order the Wood steering wheel, this area is also done in the trim element.
