I have been asking that ever since it was released - I suspect the sales for the Pullmann are next-to-none. The market has changed - am I correct in assuming (in the USA) stretched limos are only really popular as party-hire vehicles now? - The days when private individuals were chauffeured around in personal 7-seat stretched limos seem to be long gone.How many of these are sold a year?

Has this car had a warmer sales reception in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets?
Even when limos were more popular here they were not Mercedes limos. They were primarily stretched American cars (government vehicles included), so I don't think the market has changed much here.
I realize back in the 1970s and ‘80s Mercedes cars were not as common in the USA as they are today. I also realize this Pullman is way more expensive than the relative cost of a 7-seat Cadillac limousine in the mid-1980s.
