What do you think the chances are that Chancellor Merkel will use a Mercedes Maybach Pullman?
I'd say zero.
She seems to prefer Audis as far as I know.

@KiwiRob why dish out the dislike to rs271 for his post of the Pullman above? He deserves it in no way whatsoever.
The dislike rating gives the member negative reputation and its intended purpose is to discourage insulting, offensive and antagonistic posts. You may not "like" what you see in the post but in no way can this be deemed as offensive to you. Please retract it.
It's worth mentioning to the adminThen maybe you should put in a "I do not like content" button, which will not affect the posters rating. Certain members, Klier is one, dish out dislikes for just about everything they disagree with, it's not being used in the manor which you describe above.
Looking at it in rs271's pictures, I wonder if this will appeal to the music industry as much as the Maybach 62 did.
It sure is long ........ apart from that I have few immediate feelings about its appearance. The only logical justification I can think of for buying one is that you need to carry small groups around ......as a personal limousine it will be a pain in the ass to find a place to park it.

It's hard to fit 'Pullman' into a rap!
Rollin in my Pullman the car the Royce team say is utter Bull man!
A sign my rappin goes far when all this is a luxury Lincoln town car...
There you go...
I don't think anybody has suggested BMW's engineers are superior to Mercedes' ones ........how on earth do you begin to judge such a thing?Scott, don't quit your day job : )
I think the RR Phantom is just more special because of its name and the bespoke design and materials used in the interior. Is it better engineered than the S Class? I very much doubt it.
FAZ reports the Burmester Audio system in the Pullman is a €25,000 option, quite a bit more than in the Maybach S 600. It can be tuned to suit individual tastes, e.g. for Wagner which Angela Merkel likes to listen to, or pop, or rock and so on, and also accommodating preferred seating positions. They also confirmed Brabus will build this model, since the plant in Sindelfingen is already busy with other models, and the anticipated production volume is quite small, as only 60 Pullmans were built of the predecessor (VV222). Burmester also supplies the audio for the Bugatti Veyron and Porsche, beginning with the Panamera, and may perhaps soon built it for the chancellor according to FAZ.
