Even though exterior design is a contrast between these two flagship sedans, new 7er look bigger compared to 223, IMO next gen S-Class should be bigger & have more visual appearance

I am fine with S-class' more lithe approach. Though, I think a Maybach on this platform ought to be required to have as much visual presence as this new 7er.

It’s not very long since the present gen S-class is being launched, however there is a rendering of W223 facelift on internet. Motor.es released this CGI which hint on how the revised face would look like when the facelift is released. However the new E-Class influenced fascia look good in the pic. It’s also said that the introduction of the new rival, the BMW 7er and younger sibling the new E-Class have reduced the charm S-Class enjoyed for years. Hence a facelift with a revised front & rear end and some new striking techs with keep the 223 also younger for years to come.

S 63 E Performance press drives happening in Los Angeles as as speak. Should not be long before the river of reviews flows in.

They should separate badges for classic AMG and Hybrid one.

S63 AMG - 639hp from GT63S plus 20hp or so electric engine for lower taxes.
S63e/S73 AMG - this one with 800hp hybrid powertrain

It is so tame. Too much so especially since they went to the length of adding a pan Americana grille. Why not add a bit of muscle to the rest of the design? A flared
^Love the wheels, the overall design inside - outside. Don't like the grille and truely dislike the unnecessary "e-performance".
Judging by the C 63 reviews, E Performance is a total failure. Too many systems failing to work smoothly together.
