The black with the AMG body kit and porcelain/poplar interior is "The Truth".... :woot:

My only gripe is that all the tech is "packaged" out to where it'll be 130K to get it like it should be...

Nevertheless, can't wait to see it this fall.... :)

This is how i would have an S 63.
Magnetitschwarz, Schwarz leder exclusive and a quite good options (there's just no 360 kamera and some other litle things)

Konfigurator CODE: M2691299

And here i made some options of different grey colors.
I love the second one from above! Just perfect!
+ i gave the S-Class brown tinted glass - i just like it more then the green-blueish

I got a confirmation that my car will be built in the next week or so! Don't know when it arrives stateside or price yet though...

Now that our (pretty damn loaded) car is about to be built, you can begin to plan a roadtrip to good ole Houston, Texas and chauffeur my clients and I around the city hahaha. ;)

Congratulations!

BTW guys, I´m curious, would anyone be capable of doing a PS of this car with the shoulder line as in the W221, instead of dropping one?

Going back to roots of BRABUS.
Oldschooling the W222 into 80's style :)

But it doesnt look bad at all!
Its damm hot, ''gangsta'' BRABUS full black style (mask and all the chrome areas)
with al typical BRABUS stilistic elements (full black, front spoiler, lowered body, monoblock VI bicolor with edge, fog lights..)

Hmmmm...I think that style was tailored to the W126 or cars in that era, it simply doesn't harmonically fit the W222, IMHO. It is like using Spartan Hoplon in the 21st century, it just doesn't fit at all. There has to be another newer theme/style that is tailored to fit the W222, that has evolved with car design, we haven't seen it yet, but I'm sure we might sometime.

Congratulations 714 Merc, you left almost nothing out (y)
Just out of curiosity, are you driving the car yourself or do you have a chauffeur? I mean, with all the Rear extras. Could be it's just for your kids to play with :)

hahaha, speaking of the devil, a wolf at the door

now this is a coincidence: last night I played with this picture - and this morning BRABUS actualy presents its package!

So my opinion: BRABUS front bumper too and almost identical to the 63 AMG, S-Class really does not need 'gills' at the side (its still a limo and not a supersport car nevertheless it has 700 horsepower , the most terrific for my opinion is the last 'diffusor' which is for my concept too blocky-too cubic (vs. rounded: bumper, luggage cover, and especially lights) I mean ... clearly, i still would have one, but the proportions are not as good as i expected...

Tjah NeObLaZtEr taste is different and thats ok.
But you have to know a little more history of the company:
BRABUS debuts every time a TOP-model, a model that had for its time crazy-more horses and according to that it should also be differentiated from the ''classic'' BRABUS version.
This was and still is done by BRABUS in a way that all the chrome parts were-are painted in black color and so it makes it more ''evil''.

Below you can see all the top-Brabus S-class and the current I reworked - surely will sooner or later also came out as such.

FULL Black and I removed the cubic agressive rear diffuser and made it ''quieter''.

And with :
- 80's orange indicator
- more aggressive front and rear bumpers
- LED daylights (as the AMG version, but here with a space to remember of the legendary BRABUS foglights):

Besides AMG and Aplina, I'm not at all fan of German-premiums tuners. :yuck:

However, whenever I see BRABUS, my first thought is: POOOWEEERRR!!! They just look so brutally fast...

Congratulations 714 Merc, you left almost nothing out (y)

Thanks Mick...
Driving myself, but one feature I really want in my next car is 4 zone climate controls... The only way to get that in the US is to get several packages, it's costing me thousands of dollars and lots of things I don't need... But when rear passengers complain about it being too cold or too hot it gets on my nerves, especially my wife's parents. Plus, I guess it's worth it to keep the in-laws happy...:-)

Better unhappy wallet, than unhappy wife, I guess:D

Speaking of BRABUS, let's remind ourselves what Mr. Jezza had to say in his early days:
