The W213 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the fifth generation of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, sold from 2016 as a 2017 model. It succeeded the W212/S212 E-Class models. The coupe/convertible models share the same platform as the sedan/wagon, in contrast to the previous generation. The high-performance Mercedes-AMG E63 and E63S versions of the W213 have been available as well from 2016 (as a 2017 model), and these are the only versions with V8 engines.
Looks like his destiny is set for the next couple of years.
I guess we just have to wait and see, I find it crazy that the dealership kept him on for 2 more years after that incident, so there might be more to this story. I did receive confirmation from other sales people that there was some kind of incident involving him.
Of course they do. Sorry if that's not you, but you're in a business which is regarded as one of the least trustworthy out there, and with good reason.

The apparently ultra rare combo of E 400 sedan in silver with AMG line, still can't believe this combo needs to be custom ordered. This is a dealer demo, 2016 car with just over 2700 km. Not sure why the car is ordered with the standard sunroof even though the pano roof is standard.

It looks lovely. 5 weeks in Europe and I have a new appreciation for the simple purity and prettiness of the W213.
Are you saying dealers aren’t ordering silver AMG spec cars unless requested?
How popular are the W213 over there?
Just not the silver color for the W213, most of them are in white, grey and black. The red one they had took 9 months to sell.

Oh the seats are nappa leather, it is included in the AMG line package here in Australia. I have to say though even though it is nappa leather, the quality doesn't feel as nice as the designo nappa leather option.

They look quite nice but I wonder how durable are the nappa leather compare to the standard ones. How are the seats on your S class holding up?

In London central it seemed every third or fourth car was a W222 or W213 lol. They looked just splendid. It’s amazing there’s such a chauffeur culture over there. It’s almost non existent in Australia.
I think I saw more Rolls Royce’s than 7’s and A8’s lol. A lot of fugly Bentaygas as well.
Quite a number of W222s and W213’s on the road in Zurich as well.
Looks like the dealer has applied some shiny cleaner all over the leather which makes it look cheap and shiny.

@Mr.Mercedes yeah London is full of W213 and w222 as well as a lot of w212 still..
Definitely a lot of Chauffeur driven or luxury rentals where they want a executive car to be driven in.
I agree its probably the spray on to the leather which i hate by the way i think it does more damage long term then anything and i hate that it removes the original car smell.
What i still do not get is how MB UK does not do the luxury grill option in UK as you said in your post the London area is heavy Chauffeur driven market a E class with a classy Luxury look would add even more ..Just my opinion i saw a few in Singapore and they look beautiful and classy.
For myself i prefer my AMG pack especially with the stunning color
