A Bemba, a BM, are the most used around here, you don't even have to say the full name because it is so deeply rooted, it is a reason for instant respect

BM stands for bowel movement in America. With calling something poop being the opposite of “instant respect,” you can see why we’d avoid that.

Sorry for the continued off topic...

I'm not sure I understand. I've never heard a German person use the English W sound for the W in Werke, always the English V sound. If I say in English 'Bay Am Way', I'm not making the sound native Germans make when they say BMW in their own language.

Oliver Zipse saying BMW

I'm getting, and would say, Be Em Ve

?

It's Way. Check the German vid above on this page to see how Matthias and co pronounce it on their GRIP channel

Simply not Vay at all. Bay as in Bay area, am as in I am, and way as in on my way

We must be talking at cross purposes :D The only way their saying 'way' as per the English pronunciation, is if the English pronunciation is included a mock German accent where we pronounce W's as V's!

Nikki Schelle is from Bavaria. This means he doesn‘t speak German ;)
He says „Hey BMW“ in German language with Bavarian pronunciation.

When he said "Hey Bee Em Ve" the infotainment didn't respond, it was only after he said "Hey Bee Em Double You" that the infotainment responded back to him in German. Weird isn't it?

@Big Sam any updates on your C-Class? Since you own these two amazing cars on the same segment, care to elaborate on which one you like best and why?

Hi Sky. Thanks for asking. I have a few thoughts in terms of a comparison between my 330e Touring and C 200 AMG Line, and I would like to share them when I have the time (I don't right now). I may create a separate thread as that's internal combustion. Which car I prefer is a question I ask myself all the time, and your question has only provoked that once again. Give me a few weeks and I'll see if I can get round to it. I'll add it to my list of jobs, and I'll make sure you're aware of my post if and when I do it.

More expensive than a BMW M340i xDrive, which I'm quite sure it will be quicker than the Mercedes-AMG C43. Then there's the Audi S4, which is cheaper than both of them and it's probably quicker than the C43 as well.

It's the first time I've seen that steering wheel and by chance, quite a success combining the best of the other two, almost all in metallic , is it strange to see it now? the three steerings wheels available are a must have
