I remember lots of bad news coming out of Zimbabwe towards the end of Mugabe’s reign - it’s gone all quiet since then. I guess no news is good news, but how are things in good ol’ Rhodesia these days?

That's the W206 C-Class thread, right?
Yeah, perhaps you could tell Mercedes to get off their arses and start bringing out some new variants of the W206, so we’d have something on-topic to discuss? Where are the plug-in hybrids? Where are the AMG variants? Where are the coupe and convertible? Don’t want to hear about semi-conductor shortages, they should sort it out

I really wonder what the mid level model will be. C43/53/55? What?

Mercedes is flapping around like fish in a boat. A staggering drunk if you will lol. The future is so unclear and they canceling shit left and right and they’re quality is going down hill faster than ever. They’re a certifiable mess at this point. Audi, BMW and Porsche are dealing with this far better, at least publicly. A new BMW or Audi looks so much more appealing right now.

The C 43 AMG 4matic is equipped with the M254 incl. 48 volt ISG (20 hp) and the e-turbocharger. As with the previous V6 model, the output is 390 hp. Like the series version, the C 43 will also have an overboost function with the M254. If necessary, more power is released for around 30 seconds.

The C 43 AMG with the M254 comes into the sedan and the T-model (W / S206).

Deliveries will begin in 2022.
