So, there is the big possibility Mercedes claimed figures could be highly conservative. This car is Chiron quick.

The AMG One is a dud. I wouldn't be surprised if the hybrid C43 and C63 score more positive reviews.

Eitherway, the AMG-One is an extremely limited, expensive and noise car. Regardless of whether it's reliable as a Camry or a 1990s Jaguar, owners will do minimal miles in the car.

No, I agree envelopes ought to be pushed in both approach and the contents used, but despite it's storied heritage, what it represents, and the engineering that's behind the 1.6L, I just don't find it appealing. That said, there's more than enough monied Silver Arrow fans out there who'd want to feel an iota of Hamilton feels when he's piloting his F1 car around, so that's a win right there.
