Mercedes are making saloons great again. The blue one with the ivory interior gives a glimpse the possibilities with this car.

I think it will have greater presence in person and offer a unique blend of luxury and performance that's unmatched by the CLS and S-Class.

NO it's not! That's where Christopher Smith included HIS source, because that is the polite thing to do, and in fact legally responsible thing to do! You have just copied and pasted Christopher Smith's article. Do you honestly think MB would include:

"It’s called, well actually, that is its name – the AMG GT 4-Door Coupe, spelled using the number 4 instead of the word. But we promise that’s the only thing underwhelming about this latest rocket ship from Affalterbach."

Honestly, I don't know why you cannot grasp why what you CONSTANTLY do is wrong.

So ugly! Especially hunch-back rear. Panamericana grille is just out of place, frontlights are too big and lack sexiness. What a contrast to beautiful CLS and AMG GT.

It is, I checked because I had the same fear. Kind of aero package.

Sorry for another critical remark, not wanting to spoil the enthousiasm: the airbagcover on the steeringwheel is made out of plastic, in a > 100.000 € car... That’s a blamage in my book. It’s a good thing tastes and demands on what a car has to offer, differ.

It's all part of how everything these days goes touch or digital they have to keep to the trends.
Personally I think it looks great.

I think that console is better than the AMG GT coupe's....

...but it still looks ridiculous in an E class.
