I am very curious to see how the German public responds to the upcoming AMG.EA 4 door GT coupe-sedan.

The X290, usually painted in dark matte colors and with matte dark anthracite alloys, is a relatively popular car within the ranks of organized crime figures, red light district brothel and club proprietors and criminal family clans. Drivers, especially the younger ones, revving the engines at stoplights in order to get attention and generally be an annoyance. And then conducting stoplight-to-stoplight drag races with like-minded, like "employed" peers. Police in my city have their hands full with this kind of stuff. And this sort of behavior has been and remains a source of some pretty horrific accidents. The X290 is a car that arguably does not provide the best of publicity for the brand here in Germany. "Prollig, Obzön, Peinlich" ("Naff, Obscene, Embarrassing").

Ah, then its the same everywhere. The CLS used to have that image, the GT4 door even more so, since you cant buy it in a more subtle, classic, “middle aged housewife” spec.
