Agree! I think Alpine White III is the best colour for this car, with Oyster/Black leather, it's awesome :-)

I knew this was going to happen, I've only seen three new 5-series on the road. Damn this thing looks good, a 520da Touring with M-pack in Alpine White and brown interior :eusa_pray
Anyway, BMW has done them selfs a great problem here :eusa_clap

WOW....BMW is on a roll. The new 5-Series is my favorite car in the segment and its gorgeous, even before the M-kit.

The "sold out" angle is nonsense though. Sold out as in the dealers have spoken for all of the intended production, not that every single 5-Series to be produced already has a customer name next to it.

Lots of cars are sold out if we're going to measure it by what the dealers have requested.

Gorgeous car, only the XF is nearly as good looking. The E and A6 can't top it.

What's with these MB boys today? All that love for BMW... You guys on drugs or what? :D

Kiddin', kiddin'...:usa7uh:

:t-cheers:

FYI, my father will be placing order for fully equipped 550i with M SP this year... Watch me loading his car with every single option available, blue color of course. Still have to see if he wants beige interior again or it'll be again, blue ext, black int with alu trim, just like i want...:D

:t-cheers:

What do you guys reckon of this combination?

Tasteful or Tasteless?

You choose my favourite combination on the 5-series. Interior also looks extremely good with the Oyster/Black leather seats. I would recommend the black interior roof panel as well - adds even more character to the interior with the brown leather. Like the Aluminium trim, but I would choose dark (black or "anthracite") wood! :usa7uh:

Agree with the black headliner. The brown on brown still looks like too much brown to the eyes. The oyster/black with black headliner looks excellent if you don't mind the upkeep of a very light colored leather.

Yours truly (alias Mr. Conservative) likes space grey over oyster/black leather or white over black leather, possible also over oyster/black leather although it might be too light for a white exterior.

Also agree with the anthracite trim suggestion.

It´s true that the 5er looks perfect in standard trim, something the E-Class cannot say. But after having seen the M Pack... I just don´t want anything else.

You guys can say whatever you want but the 5er is stunning car. Both A6 and E-class is far behind.

I thought that when I saw the first official pictures, but after seeing it at the Geneva motor show I was underwhelmed. I've seen two on the road today and it just looked very dull. It doesn't stand out at all. If that's what you want then fair enough, but as a potential purchaser of one, it's very disappointing. So, if we can "say whatever we want", then I'm saying it's "boring" and far from "stunning". All IMHO of course. :usa7uh:

Yes but of course you are wrong (As usual) :D I've seen it and driven it and its still a stunning car which E60 never was. If you want cars to look like E60 to stand out then good for you. :usa7uh:

I agree with both Betty and J_M:

The F10 5er is both highly boring and incredibly stunning. Seriously, it can happen both.
Maybe it's so boring because it's so perfect though :eusa_thin:eusa_thin
