Sometimes I feel compelled to speak to an owner of an automobile that's different from the ordinary.
The owner of this 760 did a factory delivery and just recieved the car from the port.

Traded in an Audi Exclusive S8 in the same color combination, which he drove 160,000km over 4 years. He's done this routinely for decades, so he's an old school car guy.

Did he keep the Euro tags?
I've seen a few German cars rocking them.

Really like his interior spec. Classy. Though, I would opted for something besides Piano Black.

A friend of mine had his still very new 750i declared a Lemon because of engine power loss issues & spontaneous engine shut off. The dreaded "Engine Malfunction - Reduced Power" indicator would keep appearing.

BMW offered a warranty engine replacement, but he was fed up because it spent so many days at the service center. I was riding passenger on one occasion when we waited about 2 hours to be towed to the dealership.

After being in production 9 years, I figured early N63 issues would've been resolved by now(?). I've had a trouble-free experience with my high-mileage 650, but sometimes I wonder if I should just part ways now before something major malfunctions.

Lemon law definition:
Lemon laws are American state laws that provide a remedy for purchasers of cars and other consumer goods in order to compensate for products that repeatedly fail to meet standards of quality and performance.

Shame, it's the nicest 750i I've seen thus far.

I have having the same problem now. It is an injector problem. Cost me $1100 to fix. My car is course out of warranty now.

I always suspect BMW are less reliable than MB, seems to be true so far. Such a shame to see that black 750i being lemon-ed. It is in such a sinister looking spec.

Extra specced with Mercedes-Benz ashtray ;)

This has always been the case. Knowing people who own them side by side is very revealing. All the surveys say the same thing. I mean a car with 38K miles shouldn't be having engine problems. It's absurd.

Hardly. In the past maybe yes, but since last cca 20 years i wouldn't say so.

Well my experience tells me otherwise. I don't know anyone that hasn't had trouble from a BMW lately. Especially a year or so out of warranty. For the first 3 years, the typical lease period they're quite reliable now, but lookout after the warranty is gone.
