I have read at motor-talk.de, that the interior space of the G30 must be much worse (smaller) than the actual F10.....especially the width of the front seats.

At Motor-Talk you can find an interview between a MT-editor and the G30 project manager Johann Kistler.

I will try to translate some points:

- no 3-cylinder engine for this generation
- 535d: no change into 4-cylinder
- M550i only with xDrive because this car has to much power to offer it only as a RWD
- Laser light will be exlusive for the 7-Series
- at this time no OLED planned. The research has not progressed far enough for a high-volume car
- standard LED headlights with bulbs for the indicators as distinction to the adaptive LED headlights
- 530e iPerformance from 3/2017 with 50 km range instead of 45 km at other BMW-models
- 520d EfficientDynamicsEdition from 3/2017 with Automatic transmission only

Do you mean the comment of the user who visited a closed room presentation?

So no laser lights or OLED's even for the M5!? Guess our resident insider got it wrong again.

But what is the good thing in the laserlight if the both are the same
The difference is only the blue line in the headlight
Cause i can't see any advantage of beauty or anything between the new 5er or 7er
Its the same for me.
But is good if we have it in the new m5 specially the OLED's.

^Love. Can't think of a more desirable car. The M5 will take the spot as my dream car again.

To be fair to Scott, the comments about LASER lights and OLED not being made available might be in reference to the standard 5 Series. The M5 still might get them.

However, if it turns out the M5 doesn't get the LASER lights or OLED, then I've no idea why he should be allowed to keep posting here. Somebody continually posting false information does this forum NO GOOD whatsoever. And yes, I am being serious.

I must have missed the day someone made you grand supreme moderator...its Destiny's Child all over again.
Someone really, really, really wants to be Beyoncé.

Is that really the best you can do? What little credibility you had left is disappearing. You're a joke on the other forum and you're a joke on here.

But let's see what the M5 brings.

I am not an insider nor do I have any info you guys don't have but....

I think it's pretty much a given that these lights will be offered on the M5 at some point. Maybe not from the beginning or on the standard M5, but a nicely specced G30 M5 will be as expensive as an M4 GTS, and will be very far from a mass production car. So no reason to not put those lights on the car. And with 'those lights', I am referring to the OLED rear lights. Laser lights are imo less important.....

I have to say there is another side of Scott. Whenever I ask him about non BMW related questions, he has always been very responsive and professional with his reply.

Star Wars questions, sure :D

Isn't this permanent fight between Scott and Betty just stupid?? Baby behaviour...(my dick is bigger than yours!) :p:p:p
