We're talking a 3er that - according to official weight reporting standards - is 45kg short of 2000 kg! Holy shite.

It's getting a bit tubby now it's well into its 40's (me too )... the lightest 3-er was (probably) the 1010kg E21 315, but I suppose on the flipside - the weight might be getting on for double, but the torque's gone up by about 640% too... so it's not all bad.

Each M badge is 100g. The problem is there are well over one hundred plastered all over the car.

A lsd diff, 48 V system with additional battery and thicker leather on the steering wheel.

I placed an order for a new 330e Touring yesterday.

Oxide Grey Individual exterior
Fiona Red Individual full Merino leather
19" 791 M gloss black rims
High gloss shadowline including the front grill and exhausts

Various other options like the Harman/Kardon hi-fi system, full electric seats, 360 camera system, BMW Drive Recorder.

Delivery estimated in November.

It's the new manufacturing year so I was able to choose the colour of the brake calipers (choice of the usual blue or a new choice of red). I went for red to match the interior leather.

It doesn't replace a car, so it's number four in the fleet, and joins the R8 V10, X5 (G05), and the F30 318i.

I don't like to spam threads with videos but this is identical to my spec (except for it being an M340i).

I must admit, they're not the best rims BMW have offered. I'd have preferred some kind of two-tone black rims, a bit like the rims I had on my M4 LCI Competition. But the black rims definitely look good with the black shadowline elements to the window trim and the black grill, and I've also specced the black mirrors. I think they will be a pain to keep clean though!
