2 Series [Official] BMW 2 Series (F22) Coupe

The BMW 2 Series is a range of subcompact executive cars (C-segment) manufactured by BMW since the year 2014. The 2 Series was created when BMW spun-off the 2-door models (coupé and convertible) of the BMW 1 Series into a separate series.
Mercedes and BMW sure are debuting a lot of cars for Detroit which uh...is in January. Did they forget about the L.A. show next month lol?

rear grew on me a bit, ystd i said it was absolutely crap but still, i would have liked it more if the L-shape was separated so part of it is on the boot lid instead of a single piece.. more coherent with other BMWs, and that L shape could be longer... it looks a bit like Volvo now.
On the other hand, the front, i think it looks nice but you can clearly see that it is fully prepared for having the lights-join-grille, looks like the FL will surely include the feature.. well the headlights are like begging to join with the grille, it even got the kink.

PS
Other than the rear its great, front is much better, side is nice to as the old one, and interior is improven alot, but still boring.

BUt that rear.. jesus!
Maybe they got the idear from this..;)

As it is always the case with BMW, one has to see it in person to decide if he likes it or not.

I'm not the fan of the headlights (the peak/spitz/tip is the thing that bugs me), and the rear looks... not beautiful, somehow. I'm feeling confident it will look better as the time passes by.

Weirdly, but I like the beige one better:/

^the peak of the headlights imo means it really should be connected to the grille, and this is one of those few instances that i think i would like it more with the connected light-grille.
The rear i think would look better if it was shorter, thus a more proper L shape instead of the rather cute/immature look. And like the 3er and 4er, if it has LED tail lights, smoke the rear lights a bit, it would make such a big difference!

All I think is that this (finally) is a true BMW shape, a long bonnet with the cabin drawn towards the back, sleek and elegant proportions.

Exactly the opposite of the X6, X4, 3/5 GTs and the i3 :D

Whoa, Warot! Thanks a lot for those shots! Post more buddy, we miss you :D

I saw a video with andy prialux in extreme driving to the M235i, excellent video.
A question to see if anyone knows, I read out there that chassis differs from the hatchback, that is so, in what it differs?

This looks so crap! I would ask for my money back...

What's the word Artist? Baller?

Those HDR photos do make the car look great, especially the front. That M235 front blends just the right amount of aggression with elegance, I think.

I'm loving the comparo with my dad's first car!

The picture through the window is phenomenal! There's so much BMWness in it!
I'm wondering how much would an M235i with LSD cost in Germany.
Can we choose bigger wheels on the M235i or we have to have them installed by the dealer?

43700 Euros is base price for M235i. No one knows about LSD yet. And at least in the US, 19" optional wheels available, although we haven't seen it yet.
