The sad part is at least 10-20 of them are going to end up at non BMW stealerships which are going to try and sell them at a premium. I hope you manage to get your hands on one.

Yes no problem.
If i didn t have a wife and 2 children. I would do it on the top of a building without CGI.
But with all the computer trickery it s not neccesary to do that these days.
Anyone know the production #s for 1M coupe? I had heard 600 for US, 450 for UK, etc. Are these real limit numbers?

BMW was originally going to release the E82 1M Coupe as a limited edition model of approximately 2700 units. Due to positive response, the company lifted the cap and will produce as many E82 1M Coupes as they can until production ends in Spring of 2012
I tell you what, I would be seriously annoyed if I'd already bought a 1M. I think it's priced a bit too high but you could sort of justify it considering it was going to be a limited edition as that is good for residuals. Now if they're going to produce as many as they can sell it's going to hit future values.
I read somewhere that BMW has sold out 70% of 450 units for UK.However, I would be severely annoyed if they introduced any more to the UK as they have ALWAYS said there will only be 450 units, one of the few countries to explicitly set a limit.
I know Gustav from m5board.com are searching for opponents against 1M in an upcoming event. Hopefully they find a TT-RS for the event![]()
Even if he doesn't there will always be willing 135i owners wanting to test their metal.![]()
