I just love the coupe in Speed trim. Still not hot about the regular coupe though.

...and just when I sensed the inclination to exclaim "it seems to be getting a bit long in tooth", I find myself falling in love again.

Edit: how can I link instagram posts/pics? Not working anymore.

Isn’t grey on grey on grey a bit too dull?

Perhaps that particular tone of grey is simply too matte ? More gloss could do the configuration a world of good. Personally, I'd prefer oxblood-toned leather.

Hated the previous gen, but sure love this one. This tank is sweet as hell.

Can't wait to see what Rolls Royce will show for this gen coupe and cabriolet wise. The current versions are ancient F01 BMW 7er based cars..

No automotive group does niche variants like VAG. The GT Speed is like a comfier and more luxurious but less agile 911 Turbo S.

As progress in battery technology is moving ever-so-more rapidly than initially anticipated, I suspect that we'll be seeing the first production models of the future BEV Conti GT/Flying Spur successors within the next 4-5 years time. Bentleys' own requirements regarding range will have been more than sufficiently addressed, making their electric automobiles genuine transcontinental luxury conveyances. The highest of brand-specific performance standards will be secured earlier. Now that Audis' "Landjet aka Artemis" entry has been presented in concept form (Grand Sphere Concept), I trust that we well be seeing the Bentley Motors and Porsche sibling-entries (initially as concepts) within the next year or two. It does however remain unclear just what sort of automobiles those may be (low or elevated ride-height ? Sedoupes or luxury SACs' ?).

I think that in 3-4 years VAG's offering will be the following:

If you want a flagship/performance coupe or saloon: BEV(Except for the 911)
If you want a flagship ICE: SUV or Huracan/Aventador.

Bentley's greater challenge when transitioning to ICE, will be design. The Flying Spur it he epitome of a three box sedan. How do you progress from that better than the EQS or I-Pace?

Illustrator Avarvarii took a shot at this issue about one year ago:

Yes, it's HIS interpretation of an electric Conti GT-and hence perhaps nothing more than vapourware. Still, something along these lines may not be that unfeasable after all. Interpreting the illustration as a four door (with more subdued hauches, for example, slightly less raked, somewhat plateau'd bootlid and the C-Pilars flowing into a nuanced notch) should be "doable".
