The Porsche 992 is the eighth generation of the Porsche 911 sports car, which was introduced at the Porsche Experience Center in Los Angeles on 27 November 2018.

Fake vents are the worst. I suspect previous GT3 rear vents are closed off/fake. The 997.1 GT3's were closed but you could open them with some DIY work.

Damn. Mirrors Porsche's own results very well too. The RS version is poised to easily be the fastest ever tested by Sport Auto (unless they get their hands on some of the upcoming hypercars or the AMG GT BS first). And probably with only ~530PS too!
 
You'd wonder if they can manage the same improvement with the RS model as for the 991.2, because that would yield a simply stupid time.

I don't think they can do 16s - simply because a lot of that improvement was due to tires (Cup 2 vs Cup 2 R), likely 5s+. But with that huge wing the RS prototypes have been seen with, they could be just within reach of the AMG GT BS record. By the time GT3RS comes out, it's probably not gonna be a record anymore, but nevertheless I am sure Porsche will want to beat it.
