M3/M4 [Official] 2021 BMW M3 and M4 [G80 & G82]

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M

I'm not convinced that this is the best value M car or will be the best one. Compared with Porsche's limited run cars, the CSL and CS are half arsed.

I think BMW will make a stronger effort with their next variants of the G80/G82 M3/M4. We are only half way through the life cycle of the car. Expect more variants - hopefully an Evo.

Legendary figure.

I was initially a "hater" but after I spent 2500km. behind the wheel of the M4 Comp. xDrive I absolutely love it. It's not a great let alone a pure driver's car but what makes it great is how good it is in so many areas. It ACTUALLY feels lighter than it is ( I rarely say this about any car) and is surprisingly predictable and confidence inspiring. It's not a track toy but sure as hell a brilliant daily. Reminded me of my E92... something the F series failed to do and this is the biggest praise I could give it.

Bravo BMW.

Yeah agreed. While your E92 was more special with its NA V8, this new G80 might possibly be the greatest all round car BMW has ever made. Particularly the Touring.

True. Nothing beats NA and a stick for me but the S58 is an absolute gem. Hell even the B58 is an absolute gem. Our Grenadier now has almost 2k kms. on it and it's been delightful even in such a heavy vehicle. Such a wide range and great power delivery. Pulls like a diesel without sacrificing the top end. It's borderline unbelievable how good these engines are. The ZF tuning is quite smart and that surely helps a ton.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
